1-2-1 Therapy
I provide therapy to teenagers and adults struggling with their mental health in a way that has been limiting their ability to live life as they wish to.
Together, therapy explores what’s going on in the here and now, as well as the factors that have led you to this point in your life. My unique process helps you establish (or re-establish) positivity and encourages you to work pro-actively towards a more empowered present and future.
This could mean achieving various life goals, relating differently to yourself and/or others, or simply helping you gain a greater understanding of your thoughts, behaviours and feelings to promote and maintain psychological fitness.
Therapy requires you to willingly engage in the process and take responsibility for your own behaviour and your inevitable development. Emotional honesty can sometimes be quite uncomfortable, but I ensure a safe space for you to experience therapy in a non-judgmental, supportive, and practical way. I use my science-led ‘Mindflex For Life’ Method as a framework for you to navigate your psychological health both in the sessions and moving forward.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, but an initial 15 minute call is recommended to confirm that I’m the right person for you to work with.

Executive Coaching
I offer coaching to self-referring individuals and companies on a personal or business basis. Whatever the goal, my focus is on enabling you to optimise your Psychological Fitness potential, enhance performance levels, and for you to have more control over making life feel good - both in and outside of work.
And unlike many other coaches, I’m a Psychologist as well as a qualified Executive Coach, so you get the best of both! I have coached CEOs, business founders, senior partners, and executive leaders from a spread of industries, as well as professional athletes.
The coaching experience incorporates my Mindflex For Life Method which gives you a tangible, science-backed framework in the sessions as well as a compass with which to navigate life’s big and small pressures and the challenges they can bring.
The success of coaching is hugely dependent on the working relationship, so I always offer a 15 minute chemistry session to determine if I’m the right person for you to work with. Who you choose as your coach is an important decision, so you need to choose wisely! Sessions are 1hr long.
